This policy explains what Hints4Today ("we", "us") collects when you visit hints4today.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

The short version

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't ask for your name, your email address or any payment details. The data that does exist is mostly aggregate analytics and whatever our advertising partners collect through cookies.

What we collect

Information you send us

If you email us, we get the address you wrote from and whatever you put in the message. We keep it only as long as it takes to answer you and to fix whatever you reported.

Analytics data

We use analytics to see which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from. This is aggregate: page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser and device type, and pages visited in a session. We use it to decide what to write next, and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Standard server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records requests — IP address, time, the page requested and your user agent. These logs are used for security and to keep the site up.

Cookies and third-party advertising

This site shows advertising to cover its costs. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
